Delete your Tokchart account
============================

Delete your account
-------------------

1. Open [Settings > Delete account](/dashboard/settings/delete-account).
2. Choose **Delete account**.
3. Type your account email to confirm, then choose **Delete account**.

You're signed out straight away, and we email you to confirm.

Warning

This can't be undone. [Export](/help/export-download-or-share-analytics-and-reports) anything you want to keep first.

What happens when you delete it
-------------------------------

- Your plan and any add-ons end straight away, so you won't be charged again.
- Everything you tracked and saved is deleted: accounts, songs, audios, campaigns, Radars, alerts, exports and API keys.
- Your name and email are removed. Billing records are kept without them.
- You can sign up again with the same email whenever you like. You start with a new, empty account.

Only want to stop paying?
-------------------------

[Cancel your plan](/help/manage-your-subscription-and-invoices) instead. You keep your account and everything in it, and you can come back to a paid plan later.

If you can't delete your account
--------------------------------

[Contact support](/help/contact-tokchart-support) from the email on your account and we'll delete it for you.
