Top TikTok songs of October 2026: KAROL G's 'BbY WOW' rules the world as ADÉLA doubles up

KAROL G, Judeline and rusowsky's 'BbY WOW' is the biggest song in the world and October's biggest on TikTok, while Slovak newcomer ADÉLA lands two songs in the top 10. Elsewhere, AI-made tracks muscle in and a wave of throwbacks from Katy Perry, Mac Miller, AURORA, Lady Gaga and Doja Cat refuses to fade.

#1 BbY WOW Rusowsky, KAROL G, Judeline

The top 8 TikTok songs of October 2026
  1. 1. BbY WOW

    Rusowsky, KAROL G, Judeline

The biggest song in the world is also October's biggest on TikTok. KAROL G's team-up with Judeline and rusowsky logged a sixth week atop the Billboard Global 200 and an eighth at No. 1 on Hot Latin Songs, and Variety says it is in the 2027 Grammy conversation. The dance started when Big Bowe of Venezuelan trio LOS MENOR3S filmed himself moving to it backstage at a Rawayana concert. Thousands copied the steps, Erling Haaland among them. Fans in Bolivia, Guatemala and Chile lip-sync the hook, strike glam poses and joke about failing to keep a straight face. It was Tokchart's No. 1 worldwide TikTok song for the month.

  2. 2. Nicole Kidman

    ADÉLA

Madonna in a gold dress. Nicole Kidman herself on late-night TV. ADÉLA's song “Nicole Kidman” has pulled in star power at every turn. The TikTok formula is simple and irresistible: lip-sync the opening lines, then cut to a dramatic outfit reveal. Madonna joined on 15 October. Days later Kidman said on air that she was looking forward to seeing ADÉLA perform in Nashville. The fourth single from her debut album PRIMA, which entered the Billboard 200 at No. 4, peaked at No. 6 on the Hot 100 and became her first top 10 hit. On TikTok it hits hardest in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

  3. 3. Runaway

    AURORA

AURORA's single is having another TikTok life, in the same year she marked a decade of her debut album with the companion release 'The Moth Tapes'. This is not the 2021 silhouette challenge that pushed 'Runaway' onto the Billboard Global 200. The new wave is quieter and more earnest. Creators lay the song under stills and on-screen text: anti-racism messages, tributes to people they miss, motivational quotes. The current run started with a Brazilian fan praising a stage performance. Brazil remains a stronghold alongside Timor-Leste and Haiti, and the song reached No. 6 on Tokchart's worldwide TikTok song chart.

  4. 4. Lightup

    N.A.S.A.

A giggling baby in Britain set this one off in July. A loop of 'Hello' followed by laughter has since become a ready-made comedy sketch across the globe. The setup never changes: someone offers an ordinary greeting, there is a pause, and the exchange collapses into silly, awkward laughter. Pakistani creators turn it into husband-and-wife and neighbourhood skits. Burmese comedians use it for domestic gossip bits, and pet owners in Vietnam simply point it at their dogs. The Afro-Beat track is especially popular in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Nepal.

  5. 5. COMPA COLETO (uy_como)

    ARIA VEGA

ARIA VEGA had a hit before she had a release. Billboard Colombia reports that she shared just a fragment of 'COMPA COLETO (uy_como)' on TikTok and the song was trending before it officially came out in September. It debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Colombia Hot 100 as the week's Hot Shot Debut. She is now a Latin Grammy nominee for Best New Artist. Fans pair it with blunt one-liners: a simple 'te amo', odes to their kids, and deadpan jokes about siblings. It climbed through October, reaching No. 8 on Tokchart's worldwide TikTok song chart, with Paraguay, El Salvador and Panama leading the way.

  6. 6. Training Season (Live from the Royal Albert Hall)

    Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa's live take on 'Training Season' has become fandom's favourite soundtrack for shipping. The format took shape with a Turkish edit of Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, captioned as the creator's favourite Spider-Man couple. Since then, K-drama pairings, TV duos and celebrity couples have all been cut to the Royal Albert Hall recording. Others use it as a standards anthem, with captions such as 'No glassy no sassy. Period'.

  7. 7. Copines

    Aya Nakamura

France’s most-streamed pop star is still finding new life in a 2018 single. ‘Copines’ already fuelled an Instagram Reels dance craze in early 2021, and in May it overtook ‘Djadja’ as Aya Nakamura’s most-played song on Spotify. A remixed version took off from a French post and spread through Italy, Spain, Czechia and beyond. The clips are quick: one synchronised move to camera, a pose, or an outfit check, usually with little more than a hashtag for a caption. It opened October at No. 8 on Tokchart’s worldwide TikTok song chart, with Somalia, Singapore and Kazakstan its biggest TikTok markets.

  8. 8. Ain't In LA

    ADÉLA

ADÉLA's entry is the song that started it all. In July she posted a clip joking that 'someone has to hold it down in Bratislava, Slovakia.' Creators then swapped in their own hometowns, turning the song into a send-up of the idea that you have to move to Los Angeles to make it. The former Dream Academy contestant, who missed out on a spot in KATSEYE, took it to No. 24 on the Hot 100 and No. 5 in Germany. On 23 October she performed it on The Tonight Show. The current TikTok wave has moved on to pink CapCut lyric edits, and the song is biggest in Slovakia, Czechia and Austria.

  9. 9. Heaven Baby (feat. ZAYN)

    Ayra Starr

Nigerian TikTok has adopted Ayra Starr's duet with ZAYN as a romance-and-family reaction trend. The spark was a Nigerian creator celebrating becoming an aunty for the second time and calling the children 'my HEAVEN, BABY.' From there, couples posted 'Me and my heaven baby' montages, UK fans kept replaying it, and comedians built teasing marriage skits around the phrase. The single comes from her third album Starrgirl. Its official video landed on 5 October as she announced a 20-city world tour. It reached No. 8 on the worldwide TikTok song chart and is strongest in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and Mozambique.

  10. 10. Je Pata Hunda (Slowed & Reverb) (Flute)

    Nimra Mehra

Nimra Mehra has said 'Je Pata Hunda' is based on a true story of regretting falling for the wrong person. On Pakistani TikTok, this slowed flute version has taken on a devotional, WhatsApp-style status role. Creators post it with on-screen text reading 'Mera Allah mere saath hai' over a spoken declaration that even if the whole world comes together, it can do nothing to them. Captions follow a weekday rhythm, from 'Happy Monday Status' to 'Good Morning.' The track is biggest in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and it peaked at No. 10 on Tokchart's worldwide TikTok song chart.
