You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. TokChart cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

User Eligibility

Subscribers must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Tokchart. Users who are 14 years or older are allowed to use Tokchart. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use this platform.

User Accounts and Data

To create an account on Tokchart, you only need an email address. Your data is stored securely and will never be shared with any third parties.

Usage Policies

Users are prohibited from exploiting Tokchart in any manner, including but not limited to scraping the website, excessively burdening our server, or generating thousands of Genius Reports. Violation of these policies may result in termination of your account and cancellation of your subscription without any refunds.

Intellectual Property

All data on Tokchart is the property of Tokchart. Sharing of Tokchart data is permitted provided there is clear attribution to Tokchart.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of Tokchart will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Payment, Subscription, and Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of subscription, no questions asked.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will TokChart be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if TokChart has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
