Search the Help centre for the feature, button label, or error you can see. Following the article's troubleshooting steps may solve the problem immediately.
Send a support request
Open Contact Tokchart support. Include:
- the email address on your Tokchart account;
- the page or feature you were using;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- the exact error or status message;
- the approximate date and time of the problem;
- a screenshot with private information hidden, if it makes the problem clearer.
For a creator, sound, campaign, roster, or report problem, also include its username, link, or name.
Report an account-access problem
If you cannot sign in or receive account email, include the account email address and explain what access you still have. Support may need to confirm that the account belongs to you before changing sensitive details.
