Check how recent a result is
Tracked profiles collect profile details, videos, audience data, and calculated insights. These sections update at different times. The Last updated value on each section tells you how current that result is.
New TikTok activity appears with the next update to the relevant section.
Give new profiles time to build history
The first analytics usually appear within a few minutes. Insights that compare performance over time, including video momentum, need more observations before they become useful.
Some earlier account information may already be available, but meaningful tracked history starts when you add the profile.
Keep the profile tracked while its first analytics and history are prepared.
Understand status messages
- A preparing or processing message means Tokchart is still building that section.
- An empty chart can mean there is not enough history yet, rather than that the profile has no activity.
- If one section has an older Last updated value than another, judge each section by its own value.
If a section remains unavailable while other tracked profiles update normally, follow the tracked-profile troubleshooting steps.
