A report is still processing
You can leave the processing page and return through Genius Report > Your Reports. Refresh that list before starting another report for the same profile.
Keep the profile public while the report is being built. A private, deleted, or restricted TikTok profile may not provide the public information the report needs.
A report is missing from Your Reports
- Check that you are signed in with the account used to create the report.
- Open Genius Report > Your Reports.
- Check the generation date and username for each result.
- Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address confirmed during checkout.
After buying report credits, choose New Report, select the profile, and use a credit when you confirm it.
The report uses the wrong profile
Before creating another paid report, copy the current username from the public TikTok profile and compare it with the report.
Contact Tokchart support with the report username, report generation date, account email address, and the exact status or error message. Do not send a password, payment-card details, or a password-reset link.
