A profile does not appear in search
Check the creator's current TikTok username, then search for it from Your tracked profiles > Add TikTok profile. Enter the username rather than the full profile URL. A leading @ is optional.
Use Quick search to reopen a profile you already track. Use Add TikTok profile to find and add a new account.
Analytics are missing or out of date
- Check Last updated on the affected panel.
- Confirm that the TikTok username has not changed and that the expected posts are public.
- If the profile was added recently, allow a few minutes for its first analytics.
- History-based insights take longer to develop than the initial profile view.
The username changed or the account is unavailable
If the creator changed their TikTok username, try adding the current username and check the result carefully before confirming. A private, deleted, or restricted TikTok account may not provide the public data Tokchart needs.
If Tokchart opens the wrong creator, do not confirm it. Choose Not the right account? Search again and search for the current username.
Ask support to investigate
Contact Tokchart support if the section stays unavailable while other profiles update normally, or if tracked data belongs to the wrong creator. Include:
- the TikTok username and a link to the profile;
- the affected Tokchart page or section;
- the exact status or error message;
- roughly when you first noticed the problem.
You have reached your tracked-profile allowance
Stop tracking an existing profile or open Billing & Invoices from your account menu to review your plan before adding another. Tokchart shows your current allowance when you try to add a profile.
Removing a tracked profile frees its allowance slot. If you add it again later, there may be a gap in the history for the time it was not tracked.
