Share a roster for approval

Create the approval link

1. Open Campaigns > Rosters.
2. Open the roster you want the client or teammate to review.
3. Check that the creator details, categories, draft links, and notes are ready to share.
4. Choose Share for Approval.
5. In Share Roster, choose Click to copy.
6. Send the copied link to the reviewer.

The reviewer does not need access to your Tokchart account. The shared page shows the roster prepared for them and lets them mark a submitted draft as Draft Approved.

Continue after approval

Return to the roster in your dashboard to see its approval and posting progress. When the creators and content are ready, choose Turn into Campaign to begin tracking the published posts.

If the wrong roster was shared, stop sending the link and contact support if you need help limiting access.
