Getting started

Create an account, sign in, and recover access

Create or access your Tokchart account, reset your password, and get help if you lose access.

Create an account

  1. Open Create account.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password you do not use elsewhere.
  3. Choose Create account.
  4. If Tokchart asks you to verify your email, open the message from Tokchart and follow its verification link.

Sign in

  1. Open Log in.
  2. Enter your account email address and password.
  3. Choose Log in.

If you cannot log in, check the email address and password, then try again. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Reset your password

Choose Forgot your password? on the login page. Enter your account email address, then follow the reset link in the email from Tokchart.

If no message arrives, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the email address used for your Tokchart account. Request one new message and use only the newest link.

If you no longer have access to your email

Contact Tokchart support. Include the account email address and explain that you cannot receive messages at it. For your security, support may need to confirm that the account belongs to you before changing access details.

Do not send your password, a password-reset link, or payment-card details.

Manage your account

Open the account menu from your name in the Tokchart header. From here you can manage billing, API access, scheduled exports, and choose Sign out.
