Open Billing & Invoices
- Sign in and open the account menu from your name in the header.
- Choose Billing & Invoices.
- Choose the section you need: Plan, Add-ons, Payment Methods, or Invoices.
Change or cancel a subscription
Choose Manage Subscription and follow the on-screen steps. Depending on how your subscription is billed, Tokchart may open a secure hosted billing page to complete the change.
Review the effective date and any amount shown before confirming. If cancellation is available, the page explains when your current access will end. A cancelled subscription may also offer Reactivate while it remains eligible.
Update a payment method or find an invoice
Open Payment Methods to add or update an available payment method. Open Invoices to review billing history and the actions available for each invoice.
If something does not look right
Contact support with the account email address, the billing section you were using, and any invoice number or on-screen message. Do not send card details, passwords, or API tokens.
