Delete your account

1. Open Settings > Delete account.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Type your account email to confirm, then choose Delete account.

You're signed out straight away, and we email you to confirm.

What happens when you delete it

• Your plan and any add-ons end straight away, so you won't be charged again.
• Everything you tracked and saved is deleted: accounts, songs, audios, campaigns, Radars, alerts, exports and API keys.
• Your name and email are removed. Billing records are kept without them.
• You can sign up again with the same email whenever you like. You start with a new, empty account.

Only want to stop paying?

Cancel your plan instead. You keep your account and everything in it, and you can come back to a paid plan later.

If you can't delete your account

Contact support from the email on your account and we'll delete it for you.
